Apply and Pay
Complete the application form below and pay for the sessions.
MHFA Online :add your postal address for us to send the MHFA course manual and materials
Materials and e-Learning
MHFA Online only: Physical materials will be sent and a digital link to the self learning component
Log in and complete the e-learning.
MHFA F2F: materials will be provided at the course
Undertake Live training
MHFA Online : Submit completion certificate to instructor and then attend both the ~3 hour live online training sessions with full participation
MHFA F2F: Attend training venue for 2 days of lessons
Completion and Accreditation
For both courses - complete the training then certify and accredit as needed.
Receive certificate of attendance.
Complete the final online test to receive 3 year MHFA accreditation

Terms & Conditions
- Your attendance is NOT confirmed until payment has been received - there is a cost for us to purchase materials and get the online course available to you.
- You will need to complete the first part of the training in your own time and submit completion 1 day before the live video session begins.
- For part 2 we will be undertaking the course using a live video meeting. Please ensure you have a video capable computer and set aside the time to be undisturbed for ~3hrs for each of the sessions
- As the course has limited numbers - cancellations once the materials have been sent is not feasible.
- The course needs minimum numbers to commence. You will be kept informed as to the status on this page
- If, due to unforeseen circumstances - the course needs to be moved to another date you will be assigned a credit for another session. No refunds can be offered as the materials have been sent and lessons completed and paid for. A partial refund of 25% is possible if you no longer want to complete the video led training.
- Due to the changing nature of getting all in the same space at the same time, sometimes the dates of the course may change - sufficient and communicative notice will be provided.
- if you are booking on behalf of an organisation please provide relevant details and comment as needed.
- Please allow at least 10 days for the materials to arrive, Note that online MHFA manuals are available for you to complete the e-learning.
